surprisingly good stay

i was charmed by the friendly staff, especially maleetta at the front desk. she ensured all my needs were met and even helped me locate local restaurants and transportation. the music selection at the breakfast buffet was also great (i actually hesitated to leave after breakfast because i wanted to hear one more song!).
i found that valet parking was quite expensive. the $55/night fee seemed a bit excessive compared to other hotels i have stayed at.

my king room with a city or park view included plush bedding and black out curtains, which really contributed to a good night's sleep. the hvac system worked well, and it was easy to control (a very important feature for me).

The breakfast setup was disappointing. It was an a la carte service with only four choices. The staff in the breakfast area seemed unengaged and not particularly competent (a real shame). the room service wasn't available , quite inconvenient.

The staff was always helpful. I appreciated that. the room was spacious and clean, i really enjoyed the junior king suite with its large living area.
the water pressure in the shower was low, it was not ideal. also, the valet parking was expensive at $55 per night, i found that quite high.
